WE Global (“WE Global”, “we”, “us”, “our”) believes in transparency, and we are committed to being open about our privacy practices, including how we use your personal information. This privacy policy (this “policy”) describes how WE Global collects information when you access or use WE Global’s website (“our site”) and how you can update and control the use of information provided through our site; how we use, share and protect that information; and, how you can update that information. By accepting our Terms of Use (“Terms”) (and in some jurisdictions, by acknowledging this policy), you confirm that you have read and understand this policy, including how and why WE Global uses your information. If you don’t want us to collect or process your personal information in the ways described in this policy, you should not use our site, our mobile apps, and the other services provided by WE Global (collectively, “Services”).

Personal Information We Collect About You
When you access our Services, WE Global, may collect and use the following personal information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonable capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a you or your household:

We may obtain information about you directly from you, through your use of our Services and products, and from third parties (such as our content partners and vendors). This personal information is required to provide you access to our Services and products. If you do not provide personal information we ask for, it may delay or prevent us from providing you access to our Services and products.

Conducting checks to identify members of the WE Global community and verify their identity;

To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations;

For other our legitimate interests or those of a third party; or

A legitimate interest is when we have a business or commercial reason to use your information, so long as this is not overridden by your own rights and interests.

The personal information we collect is required to provide or make available our Services and products to you. If you do not provide personal information we ask for, it may delay or prevent us from providing Services and products to you.

We may use your personal information to send you updates (by email, text message, telephone or post) about our Services and products, including exclusive offers, promotions or new content.

We have a legitimate interest in processing your personal information for promotional purposes (see above “How and why we use your personal information”). This means we do not usually need your consent to send you promotional communications. However, where consent is needed, we will ask for this consent separately and clearly.

We will always treat your personal information with the utmost respect and never sell OR share it with other organizations [outside of WE Global] for marketing purposes.

You have the right to opt out of receiving promotional communications at any time by:

Using the “unsubscribe” link in emails or “STOP” number in texts; or

We may ask you to confirm or update your marketing preferences if you instruct us to provide further Services or products in the future, or if there are changes in the law, regulation, or the structure of our business.

Who We Share Your Personal Information With

We routinely share personal information with:

Service providers we use to help deliver our products and/or Services to you, such as payment service providers and delivery companies;
Other third parties we use to help us run our business, such as marketing agencies or website hosts;
Third parties approved by you, including social media sites you choose to link your account to or third-party payment providers;

We may also need to share some personal information with other parties, such as potential buyers of some or all of our business or during a re-structuring. We will typically anonymize information, but this may not always be possible. The recipient of the information will be bound by confidentiality obligations.

We will not share your personal information with any other third party without your permission.

How Long Your Personal Information Will Be Kept.

We will keep your personal information while you have an account with us or while we are providing products or Services to you, including our content. Thereafter, we will keep your personal information for as long as is necessary:

To respond to any questions, complaints or claims made by you or on your behalf;
To show that we treated you fairly; or
To keep records required by law.

We will not retain your personal information for longer than necessary for the purposes set out in this policy.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you have an account and you log in to our site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. [Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.]

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on our site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Information you disclose through other websites is subject to the privacy and security practices of those websites. We disclaim all liability, to the extent permissible, with regard to your access to such linked websites.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on our site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Keeping Your Personal Information Secure

We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost or used or accessed in an unauthorized way. We limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to access it. We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.

Protecting Children’s Privacy Online

Our online services are not directed to or intended for individuals under 18 years of age. Minors under 18 are only permitted to use our Services through an account owned by a parent or legal guardian with their appropriate permission and under their direct supervision.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, this policy and our Terms at any time and to add new policies at any time. You must look at the date this policy and our Terms were last revised to make sure you are aware of any conditions since the last time you reviewed these conditions. Your continued use of our site after we have changed this policy signifies your acceptance of the revised terms. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

These Terms of Use (these “Terms”) govern access to and use of the www.womenentrepreneurs.com website as well as our mobile apps or service offerings allowing connection to WE Global’s (“WE Global”, “we”, “us”, “our”) mobile versions of its online website (collectively, “our site”). WE Global provides website features and services to you when you access the information on our site, including our content and some third party content. This contract sets out your rights and responsibilities when you use our site, our mobile apps, and the other services provided by WE Global (collectively, “Services”), so please read it carefully. By using any of our Services (even just browsing on our website), you are agreeing to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our Services.

WE Global collects information about the users of our site. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our site, to understand our practices.

Your Account with WE Global

You may need your own account to use certain of our Services, and you may be required to be logged in to the account to use those Services. You agree not to use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools to access data, information or other content on our site.
You agree to use our site only as permitted by these Terms and any local, state, federal and international laws that may apply to you. The license granted by WE Global terminates automatically if you do not comply with these Terms and any laws that apply to you.
All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved and retained by WE Global.

When you use our site, or send e-mails, text messages, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you may be communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as e-mails, texts, or notices and messages on this site, and you can retain copies of these communications for your records. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that WE Global provides to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

All registered and/or unregistered trademarks and/or service marks used or referred to on our site or any mobile or social platforms (collectively, our “Marks”) are the property of WE Global, unless otherwise noted. Our Marks include “WE Global” and all other names, logos, and icons identifying WE Global and our content, products, and Services, including any page headers, designs, or trade dress and whether not appearing in large print or with an accompanying symbol. You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or modify our Marks in any way without WE Global’s prior written consent. Other product and company names mentioned on our site may be the trademarks and/or service marks of their respective owners. Proprietary Rights to Content

You acknowledge and agree that all content included on or made available on or through our site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, podcasts, blog posts, articles, surveys, forms, data compilations, user interface, and software is the property of WE Global or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

You understand and agree that, except as otherwise specifically permitted herein, you may not copy, publish, republish, broadcast, rebroadcast, reproduce, distribute, modify, edit, manipulate, rent, sell, publicly display, perform, distribute, transmit, or circulate to any person or entity the content on our site or create derivative works from the content on our site in any form without WE Global's prior written consent. WE Global reserves the right to handle our legal defense however WE Global sees fit, even if you are indemnifying us, in which case you agree to cooperate with us so WE Global can execute our strategy.

Applicable Law

By using our site, you agree that applicable federal law, and the laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or relating to use of our site and the content and other material contained in our site shall be resolved in a Delaware court.

Changes to these Terms

WE Global reserves the right to make changes to our site, these Terms and our Privacy Policy at any time and to add new policies at any time.
